We adopted Elaine now known as Sophie. She is the sweetest puppy ever. She is a year this month. Riding in the car,going to the beach and saying with her doggie friends are some of the things she likes to do. I am glad that she made it to our home all the way from Louisiana.

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your rescue was to me and my family. I had Brody(Pumpkin patch kids) for 12 wonderful fun filled years and last night my wife and I had to do the hardest thing I have ever had to do and that was to allow him to move on and be at peace. He was diagnosed with a mass cell tumor on his left shoulder that had metastasized into his lymph nodes and other areas of his body. It got to the point that his quality of life was not there. He was my best friend and I will miss him greatly. If not for your rescue this wonderful life and our memories would not have been possible thank you. Molly former Buttons passed over the Rainbow bridge this morning. I tried my hardest the last couple of weeks getting her surgery for the insulinoma of the pancreas she had. She never recovered from the surgery complications. Our family is devastated. She is no longer suffering now. Margaret

Hi DPR..I adopted Butterball , (Brie) one of the bottle fed Georgia pups back in May of 04...Just wanted to let you know I lobved her very much. I had to put her down last week :( her old body just gave out and our hearts are broken. Butters did live a long good loife and had tons of loving in the 13 years we had her...she will be greatly missed.Thank you DRP for bringing her in to mine and my families liofe....we will always love her :(

Thought Ide stop in and say hello! I adopted "BRIE", now Butterball waaaaay back in May of 2005. Butters is still with me and still sooo much loved. She is getting older, and beginning to slow down abit, but all in all still doing wonderful. Im thinnking she still may have a few more years in her, God I hope so.....anyway just wanted to give you all an update on her and Thank you all for your continuous great work that everyone at DPR does!!

We adopted 2 kittens in December, Ferris and Jeannie. They have been so much fun. Jeannie is so quiet and loving, and Ferris is just full of energy and loves to get into trouble. My two boys just love them, our dog peanut on the other hand could do without them.
